Each location will be positioned in a high traffic area around blue collar centers of employment and/or living areas. The KEY to this business is LOCATION and absolute control of all expenses. The following is a list of base expenses: 1 to 2 employees per location (dep on volume) Utilities Insurance Rent/Lease (do NOT buy, be prepared to relocate) Very little overhead in supplies. 1 float employee per 10 stores.
